The Ad Implores Leaders to Do Their Patriotic Duty by Putting America First and Politics Aside, Will Begin Running Monday in the Washington Area
Washington, D.C. – An ad by the bipartisan group No Labels will convey a message to lawmakers from the American people who are fed up with Washington gridlock: “ENOUGH.”
“Hyper-partisan politics and ideological rigidity have brought us to the brink of financial disaster,” said Dave Walker, a No Labels Co-Founder. “The United States of America is now within a few days of defaulting on its obligations. There’s no excuse for this. America deserves better from its elected officials.”
“America’s message to our leaders is this: Do your jobs, don’t put ours in jeopardy by playing political games,” added Mark McKinnon, a No Labels Co-Founder. “Enough! There’s no time to waste. Step up for America and have the courage to compromise.”
The message will air Monday on networks in the Washington area including CNN.
