Right now, with weeks to go until the August 2 debt ceiling deadline, Congress is scheduled to have 27 days off, but is only spending 13 concurrent days in session. Many legislators have expressed their concern and frustration with the scheduling conflicts; with no time to meet, how can they make a deal?
