LOCAL ISSUES: Reince Priebus, chairman of the Republican National Committee, said House Majority Leader Eric Cantor did not lose his primary election because of a divided party, but rather local issues. "When you're trying to be a majority leader, and Eric did a great job of it, but it takes you out all over this country. It takes you out of your district and pretty soon the good work you're going nationally becomes a liability locally.
