Historic First Step in Implementing No Labels Make Congress Work! Action Plan
WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Wednesday, March 14 at 10 a.m. ET, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hear testimony on the No Budget, No Pay Act, which withholds congressional pay if members fail to pass spending bills and the budget on time. The committee will also hear testimony on additional reform proposals based on the No Labels Make Congress Work! action plan.
